Eric Draven (Mark Dacascos): Eric is murdered and comes back one year later to get revenge on those who so
brutally took his life and hopes to reunite with the one he loves, Shelly Webster. In order to be with her forever, he must set the wrong things right....which seems a difficult task for one man to do alone.
Detective Albrecht (Marc Gomes): Detective Albrecht, Eric's friend among the police force, is suppose to help Eric set the wrong things right and get Eric justice for the murder of his
fiancée. However, at first it doesn't seem like he'll be much help to the reanimated Crow, but soon things change, indeed.
Shelly Webster (Sabine Karsenti): This young, aspiring photographer is murdered and waits on Eric to join her in heaven. However she is trapped between the land of the living and the land of the dead, refusing to continue onward until her love sets things right and joins her side. She does try to give Eric some guidance and reassurance every now and then in order to set the wrong things right.
Sarah Mohr (Katie Stuart): She is the daughter of the alcoholic and drug pusher, Darla Mohr. Having to look out for herself most of the time because of her mother, after Eric returns from the land of the dead he tries to help her. Growing up, sometimes Sarah looks to Eric as the brother she never had, eager to help him when she can.
Darla Mohr (Lynda Boyd): Darla was for a long time a drug addict as well as heavy alcoholic. She would just pay her daughter Sarah to go away and leave her alone as she got high. However, one night Eric comes into her life and shows her the error of her ways, as well as showing her what she's doing to her daughter. Soon after she makes a career change, working at the local police station instead of working at a bar. She forms a much closer relationship with Sarah and the two soon get along fairly well.
Vicennes (Jon Cuthbert): This man is Detective Albrecht's boss. He's the head of the Port
Columbia police department in the series, and one of the people who soon suspect that his friend, Eric, is actually a killer.
